Hifitorget.se does not own any of the products advertised on the website and is not a party to agreements between sellers and buyers. In the event of a dispute, buyers and sellers need to contact each other to find a solution. By using hifitorget.se, you accept the applicable Terms of Use and commit to following them.

Right to Use Uploaded Material

By uploading images, text, or other material to hifitorget.se, you confirm that you have the right to use the material and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. Abuse

We may restrict or close user accounts to limit access to hifitorget.se, remove ads that are on the website, and activate technical measures to prevent you from using hifitorget.se if:

we determine that you are causing problems for hifitorget.se or its users
you publish material that infringes on third-party rights or violates Swedish law
we believe that you are violating the Terms of Use or our policies

Sales made through the Buyer Protection with shipping service fall under the DAC7 regulations, whereby hifitorget.se is obligated to report information to the Swedish Tax Agency.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We have the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time by publishing the new terms on hifitorget.se. You have the right to close your user account at any time. By continuing to use hifitorget.se after the updated Terms of Use take effect, you accept the new Terms of Use.
