• Analog Bass Management: Unlike typical stereo preamps, the P5 has dedicated low-pass and high-pass analog crossovers variable from 20Hz to 140Hz. This allows you to seamlessly roll off the bass to your bookshelf speakers and route it directly to up to three subwoofers (via dual RCA outputs and a single balanced XLR subwoofer output).
• Home Theater Bypass: Easily integrates into a multi-channel surround sound system. When engaged (or when the P5 is powered off), your home theater receiver or processor handles the volume and bass management for the main channels and subwoofers.
• Upgraded Phono Stage: Built-in phono inputs that accommodate both Moving Magnet (MM) and Moving Coil (MC) turntable cartridges, featuring selectable cartridge loading (100 Ω or 47k Ω) for optimal hardware matching.
• Premium Analog Engineering: Uses a motor-driven ALPS volume potentiometer, custom analog tone controls (with a front-panel defeat/bypass switch), and independent balance controls.
